What happens when I run out of verifications?+
On the Free plan, verification stops until the next month resets. On paid plans, you can contact us to increase your quota or upgrade your plan at any time.
Can I cancel my subscription?+
Yes. Cancel any time from the billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?+
The Free plan gives you 200 verifications every month at no cost. That is your trial — use the product before you decide to pay.
Do unused verifications roll over?+
No. Quotas reset at the start of each billing cycle. Paid plan credits do not expire mid-cycle, but unused monthly quota does not carry over.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Razorpay. Subscriptions are billed monthly.
Can I use Sovolink via API?+
